who we are

Courtier started as a solitary entrepreneurial endeavour by Tomáš Sobola in 2014. Among other projects Tomáš mediated the sale of Old Town Square house Blue Fox, 2 houses in Mostecka and various apartment houses in Prague 2, 3 and 6 as well as development projects, for example Riverside. In 2021 Tomáš has met Kateřina, a facility manager who just came back to her home country after living expatriate life for many years. This encounter was a start of a synergetic real estate platform.
